In addition to leading Cayenas Pro Services, Carol serves as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at the Sports Management Leadership Institute (SMLI), where she oversees strategic initiatives, financial operations, and learning management systems designed to support growth and innovation.

Carol’s career includes leadership roles with Capital One Bank, the Cleveland Guardians Baseball Club, and Banco Nacional de Fomento a la Vivienda y la Producción, where she developed deep expertise in financial analysis, supply chain logistics, compliance, and client relationship management.
